When I plugged it in, the E string rattled like crazy.

Ordered one, the E barely registered on my amp (turned way up), while all the other strings were fine.

These strings play like flats but sound like piano rounds, ringy and singy when knew, and they mellow up and can last for years with a fat and snappy low end
