Good product, some minor hiccups getting the initial start-up screen to come up on my internet browser

After spending several hours of my time and approximately 1 hour with TRENDnet support it was determined that the product was defective and I had to return it

On the whole I should say it's a good product.

After much research for an affordable and efficient product, I decided on this TRENDnet to replace a similar one I returned to the cable company and another name brand I used in the interim

but I have to pay to ship their defective product back to them for servicing

Product works well, but it doesn't have enough range to reach our 2nd floor from the basement, like our old NetGear model we replaced
