It has a hard time staying connected for extended periods of time, even though I change the password changing cycle to as high as it could go (many years).

Every time I log into the router to check configurations, it complains that I have no internet connectivity, and wants me to reconfigure my settings --- even though I'm connected to the internet via the access point as we speak

Our house is not super big, about 2700 SF, but it's a ranch and our link to the outside world is on one end, and so we've had a really hard time getting the signal to the other end.

This router DROPS the internet side of the route all the time, and when you restart it, it loses ALL of the settings and reverts to factory

If you need anything out of the DMZ, do NOT waste your time with this junk.

It automatically switches from 5 ghz to 2 ghz and increased internet drop, buffering issues, I've updated, reset, logged in remotely and changed the channel, multiple over 2 hour long hourly calls over 10 times w tech support

I have a Time Warner Cable box and this router works well and it actually made my internet speed faster

Some times it was strong, other times it said there was no signal

They waste your time by circling around and not get anything done for you

no disconnect issues , easy first time setup out of box .cons : manual and included cd lack documentation about router settings and using other firmware

It was log trouble shooting for almost 1 hour each time and finally they open a RMS with their canadian counterpart

im unable to change anything. not worth calling and wasting more time

This is great if you have kids and want to do things like set the Guest SSID to only work until bed time [Sorry kids, don't blame me, it's the routers fault :)

I work from home and 100% up-time is absolutely critical to me, and this device falls way, way short.

I contacted support a second time to follow up and did not get a response back.
