    • It is fortunate that before the display stopped working I was able to configure the device to indicate that it had an external battery attached and show estimated battery run times accordingly

    • I have replaced about 60 batteries, around 11 volts (according to a Fluke voltmeter--NOT the internal inaccurate display), which is when we discovered they fail to power a small PC for more than 15 seconds

    • Update on September 28, 2012:The display is currently working, but has stopped and started working a number of times during the months I have owned the unit.

    • Also, if you are using these in a home theater environment, where it will be visible, I do like that you could choose to linearly dim the display (slide dimmer switch) or pop it out and rotate it 90 degrees so it can sit vertical or horizontal
