The only complaint I have is that the cord will work only on the bottom plug of the outlet, if you install it on the top plug it will block the bottom one.

It works, but is cumbersome, the plug is hard to plug in somehow due to the angle, and the cord is quite stiff

For those of us who travel a lot, many hotels' plugs are frequently difficult to reach, let along having to plug it "right side up".
