I would recommend this one if you are a runner and don't want to worry about damaging your phone while working out.

All in all, this is a great product and I could advise anyone with a smart phone similar to the iPhone, Andriod or BlackBerry to purchase this

The phone holds very well but there is going to be some gap space (about 1/16" - 1/8") between the protective screen and the phone.

You can also use the phone through the plastic - also not easy but ok.
