I like the way it pulls forward the data from previous years, keeps track of depreciation, and let's me compare this year's entries with last year's.

I love the way the previous years information is transferred forward and is available to compare as you are making entries.

And if you are getting a refund that is a nice way to end doing your taxes to finish.

Giving it access to your investment accounts makes for an effortless way to assure all entries are made in the right places.

If a mistake is made early, no way to delete it until the end when the program runs the final check as you are ready to send your return

-9 times before we got a 3rd level agent who could tell us the correct way to accurately report our 1099S. After days of calls, we finally received a great agent.

Overall a pretty easy way to get the taxes completed unless you have special situations, in which case an upgraded version may be needed.

There are nagging problems that annoy me every year, such as errors that don't make much sense and an awkward way of dealing with foreign tax credits, but I will continue to use it.

The previous year's information, current W-2s, as well as DIV's are easy to upload into the current year's tax form.
