The product works well

the sound is really good, looks amazing and its an over all great product; however it has a really big problem and that is that the headset is made with the cheapest materials that you can get.. the left ear piece of my headset broke of after a month of use :( really disappointed on the quality of an item of this price

Your chances of getting a defective product is astronomically high; and even if you get a good one, they don't seem to be durable from the feedbacks I have read and seen.

Usually a fan of turtle beach but this product has completely disappointed me, the Audio cuts through the game and it’s been having a weird burning smell, this product is a waste of $200 plus dollars

If money's no object and you want to treat yourself or a loved one, by all means, I recommend this product.

I really feel like this product could be improved by including a better collection of presets, or a better ability to let customers make their own
