When you first try these on they are quite stiff and a little uncomfortable but after only wearing for a few hours the padding gets softer

The padding on the ear cups are stiff and not comfortable

But my biggest complaint is that this headset is incredibly uncomfortable as the pads are too hard and the band is too tight

soft padding but the band clamps really tight even for a small head.

Since it rests directly on my temples and the top of my head, the stiff padding makes this headset difficult to wear for extended periods of time, a major disadvantage when playing MMOs, marathonning YouTube series, or learning new skills online

The battery life is not as good as on the Turtle Beach though, so it is a toss up as to what features are important to you, IF your head is smaller than ours are!So if you are looking at these as a gift for a kid or have a smaller sized head, with ears that are flatter and on the smaller side (to be fair, mine are slightly large), you might like these for the breathable ear cups and nice long battery
