The battery is great, and I never had any issues with wireless connectivity
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the sound quality is great, the ear cups don't hurt your head at all, has a range of about 20 feet, and the battery has about 10 hours before it dies
They have incredible battery life and have had no issues with the wireless cutting out or interference

But the sound quality is great, the bass isn't too loud, and although some reviews mention not being able to hear themselves talkback in the headset, for me it is loud and clear.
It has very good bass, but the bass sounds awkward when all of the other sounds are so off

Hopefully Turtle Beach spends more time on better features and configuration rather than just wasting money on making the headsets look "Dope" and matching the colors of the system you're playing on.

All in all, I like the quality of sound and the fit of the headset itself, and good on Turtle Beach for honoring their warranty and sticking by their product, but I am a bit bummed this pair broke so quickly, especially considering my previous pair from them last three or four years

Biggest problem is the terrible material (cheap plastic) they are made from
Sound quality is amazing but the construction is cheaply made with cheap material
They are very versatile, extremely comfortable, great quality materials

First of all it is not really bad but still not so awesome at same time, my only and mostly bad thing about it is the volume controller, it is never fixed on something, sometimes volume control works (especially if you are in party chatting) and most of time only chat volume controls both games and chat volume, and yes I did this chat audio and all audio
only thing i dont like is the volume isnt too loud but its pretty good
However, I do have a little bigger head (hat size 7 1/2).As some users stated before, the in-ear mic volume doesn't work well unless the mic is literally in your mouth.
Having separate sound adjustments for chat and game sound has been a huge bonus as you are able to turn down louder game volume without having to turn down your chat party or prioritize which one you need to hear
Now what was the chat volume controlled the chat volume and the game volume simultaneously which is a major problem and the actual game volume didn't work at all

These sound pretty good and pack a ton of features but the design is horrible
This was honestly the worst pair of headphones I've ever bought,the design was nice and comfy but the surround sound was crap,it crackled no matter how high or low the volume was,I read the reviews
The design is flimsy and made out of plastic which makes it easy to break.
Not recommended, bad design but good customer service though.
The design makes wearing the headset for hours at a time worry free as they stay comfortable the entire time

We have a 2 story newer house and my son can go from the upstairs loft to the kitchen down stairs without losing his connection
I once got up to go to the kitchen for a drink and didn't lose connection to the PS4 once
Regarding them cutting out, instead of simply losing connection or it becoming fuzzy or digitally distorted, you now have a robot screaming "MIC OFF" in your ear
The connection to charge the headset already broke and is useless now without the ability to charge.
You need to make sure to connect the optical connection for it to work properly.
