Nice product, my son loves it, fit comfortable, great sound..
Anyway, the build quality of the PX22 is total crap, my son is 13 years old and it broken within 100h of use, making it the most expensive headset that I have ever owned.
Son loves this headset, but ear piece broke off after only 4 months of use.
My son loves these and as they were a fraction of the price compared to the electronic stores, i loved them too
My son does a lot of gaming and makes many videos to upload to You Tube and he loves these headsets.
Also great feature of being able to connect to the audio out on my
For $60 you get a headset that has very nice features and a great mic
But overall it has great Bass and Treble features, I especially like the ability to have your phone hooked up to the headset so you can game and not miss your important call.
A truly great feature I especially like is the option to plug in my phone to play music alongside my chat/game audio
but I don't see how this could break nearly as easily if handled right
, so I can play games without bothering my wife by turning off the tv speakers and not lose out on the sound from my game.
Any real gamer would be pretty upset about having to go to the main menu constantly to reduce or increase volume
You can even use this as a headset with your phone without the amp, it sounds great, it just can't get as loud as with the amp.
Voice quality is better than a phone, headset itself negates enough sound to enjoy games and video while still allowing user to hear outside sounds if they focus.
but I don't see how this could break nearly as easily if handled right
They are good headphones but after a year and a half the right side just broke off when i picked them up, i was also being very careful with them for the time that i had them too
Great headphones very durable and great sound MLG headset.
These headphones work great for that and the sound is phenomenal compared to the computer speakers
The product works well with sound, but I find that the headphones are extremely uncomfortable after an
After a while the headphones getting uncomfortable to wear
A great gamer headset with the versatility to be able to be used on different gaming systems as well as with iPod or phone.
I would never purchase another set of these, and I cannot understand how Turtle Beach could have let this design flaw go to market
We had to return the first set of headphones as they did not work after the first day of use, There was no sound coming out of the headphones
We also have a Steel Series Siberia V2, which has much better bass, by the way (if you plug in the equalizer you can get this headset to have ALMOST as good a
I am VERY impressed with the sound quality, as well as with the recording quality of the microphone
if you don’t have carpet; if you do watch out for building up static charge, it will DESTROY them
(So you don't have to disturb other people that can be living with you as well as for a better gaming experience.)•Compatible with my phone via the 3.5mm jack by removing the headset with the amplifier.•The chat boost feature helped a lot while

After the first year came the problems: the usb mixer box built up an insane static charge that started to wear down the drivers in the headphones to the point where they would crackle and pop LOUDLY when turning on or leaving it plugged in while off
Needless to say it, my one star reflects the fact that it DOES NOT work on PS 4, unless I am willing to purchase another 35$ adjustment piece that would make it work, bringing the total cost over 100$.
A great gamer headset with the versatility to be able to be used on different gaming systems as well as with iPod or phone.
The reason this issue didn't take away a star is it's easily remedied by a very inexpensive audio extension cable

This headset is comfortable enough to wear for long gaming sessions and everything works as advertised.

So the moral of the story is, if you are using it for last gen systems such as the PS3 and Xbox 360, go for it... but look for a different product for the ps4, because it does not work as advertised
Minor issue but not as advertised but the headset is still really nice and it would pick up you picking your
It was good for a budget, but the issues I've had made it increasingly frustrating to deal with
And it may very well be an issue with my phone, not the headset
I also fixed the issue with not hearing myself, it doesn't work when it is in the "small mic" portion of the slider which my teammates tells me that it is the best option to use because I am not too loud nor too quiet (my teammates told me that I sound too loud if I have the "large mic" function on), however
Another issue I've seen in the negative reviews but has yet to happen to me is that the headset will split open at the top and the earphones will have to be taped in order to stay in place
This is my second PX22 unit and the first I bought suffered the same issue
