Honestly a very nice in the hand, great grip and instersting look/texture phone case
I appreciate the rubber textured sides which make gripping the phone alot easier considering how smooth and slippery the phone naturally is because of the design
This is a great case fron UAG, providing good grip and rugged yet low profile protection for my S8
The sides are textured, which you think would make for a better grip, but it's actually just for looks.
It's light, it's got a good grip, and it's not bulky but still feels like a good protective cover.

Now that I upgraded, I knew I needed another uag case and the Monarch feels great.
I think that you can find excellent cases that are as protective and grippy for half the price, although none of them are as beautiful as the Monarch.
Both are great cases however, the Monarch offers more rugged protection

I really like my UAG Monarch case it holds the screen away from any surface.
How ever I'm still looking for a screen protector that will work with it
omg dropped my phone like 10 times with this case on and everyone who has G8 knows the screen is like weak glass but with this case, no cracked screen and i cracked this screen twice with another case
you risk braking the screen on your phone or damaging the parts inside
It plays nice accommodating screen protectors, and doesn't add too much bulk to the overall shape of the phone in my opinion.
