Great product for such a cheap price

Ubiquiti is so much better than consumer grade stuff, and it's reasonably priced!

Great price and is pretty competitive to the other 5-10x more expensive names in wifi..

So, 3 stars for that nightmare of a setup with Ubiquity's software, but kudos to the tech team (they always answer your chat message within 5 minutes, at least in my experience), as well as how good the price to performance is with their products.

As always with these, people should note that they are *not* routers, only access points - but they do what they are supposed to do very well, and they do so at a very beneficial price point.

You will hear and get a lot of different reviews from some of the deep tech folks about how they arent this or arent that - however if you are looking for something that is more capable and savvy than the TP and Net stuff but are not willing to pay the ridiculous big enterprise prices jump in, the water is great!

Enterprise level equipment at a very friendly price

The signal strength is no better than my previous D-Link AC AP at a much cheaper price

I had previously used wifi routers based on DD-WRT/Open-WRT/Tomato, etc. to get the best level of control and coverage for a low cost, but as the technology has matured the price of a good off-the-shelf router with 802.11A/B/G/N/AC MIMO has gotten expensive, and still didn't offer the level of information and control I wanted and needed to monitor and manage my kids online activities.

It does everything Cisco can do and more and all within a much friendlier price bracket

We refuse to put anything but these in the residential / SMB space because of the amazing price point and versatility.
