All Uniden needs to do is redesign the radio to take 4 battery's and that would solve the problem as well as add more time to the radio

The major problem with this is that it will COMPLETELY corrupt the SD card and EVERY TIME, making the device UNUSABLE.Buyer beware on this one!

Either the plug or the port has become defective as every time I move it, it loses power.

After awhile the batteries were not charging right ( ruined 2 sets of enloopes)Time to turn unit on is very long to loadUnit is large almost too large but does have a good easy to read screen

I have a hard time trying to figure out how to search for only police dispatch in my location only and not several other different agencies like fire, EMS, and/or border patrol, etc

I must have gotten a bad one first time around

takes time to "know" the scanner, but happy I bought it.

Seems like it quits every time something interesting is happening.

It had a hard time picking up signals on these 2 bands

Excellent upgrade from my BC396T.
