Put a new fuse in and it blew again

Checked fuse tap and ground, both good

Knowing that the cigarette lighter is fuse protected itself, I bypassed the inline fuse on the CB radio.

Both are hardwired with a fuse tap and body ground

This CB Radio did not work out of the box, there was "already a fuse" in the wire and it was "blown out", I had not even plugged it in!!!...

Plus ended up returning this due I tried to power it up it would blow a fuse in my truck

When inspecting the wiring and fuse, I found that the fuses in both radios were blown.

No wonder the fuse kept blowing when I connected to a power source!
