This external battery worked as advertised for about 6 months but will no longer take a charge and is dead

A little heavier and larger than what I expected but it does work as advertised.

My wife and kids used this while on week long trip to DisneyWorld where it rained on them the whole time, they used this to keep their phones charging in their backpacks and it works as advertised to charge multiple phones throughout the day.

this is a really nice portable charger I love the look and feel great Buy and must have for anyone who's on the go and doesn't like to be looking for an outlet lastly love the dual

its is a good buy, i purchased it and kept it in car, will charge from the car outlet

I can say this item by far is one of my best buys lately has really extended my range and hiking time, and saved the day a couple times

I noticed that the battery got incredibly hot while charging his phone.

This battery holds A LOT of power!It will take time to charge if you run it down a lot, but it's still worth it

it works but after chargine 2 iphones it drains the battery to only have 2 bars left.

I would have given this product if I start review but third LED lights on the battery charge status bar is dimmer than the others

I never use the light since my phone led us super bright.

My only issue is that the light that illuminates the charge meter seems to 'bleed' into the other dots.

The light isn't super bright or super dim, it just does what it needs to do

This portable power pack will charge your devices, although it didn't come anywhere close to charging my iPhone five times as the description claims -- maybe three full charges -- and it's really bulky by comparison to others with a similar capacity.

but, they shouldn't advertise water resistance when it isnt...
