Love this product, As someone who had big hands I found it hard to hold and control the new 2ds on certain game like Metroid/Mario/etc

Add in the fact that they actually took the time to read everyones reviews, comments, and complaints and improved their product

I also don't want to take a star away for sending the back cover instead of the front because I think that might have just been a shipping mistake, not a faulty product
