I tried troubleshooting with different USB C cables that work correctly on other chargers

I keep a regular USB to Micro USB cable in there, for charging the bank itself, as well as a Type C to Type C

For USB c charging at full 3a speed you should get one of the benson approved USB c to USB c cables

My main disappointment with this device is the USB-C
