My only negative thing to say is the black plastic does mark up fairly easy
You have to supply your own USB C cables and that is not a good thing.
Another annoying thing is that its plugs are very loose.
Charges fast, holds the charge when not in use for weeks, easy to use, not as hefty as expected (good thing), fast shipping, and charges my Samsung devices with a true quick charge
Plus, it's good every thing except to find the right voltage powerbank to charge the battery

One complain I have however is the lack if included USB-C charging cable, almost everyone has a Micro-USB cable lying around so including a USB-C cable instead would have completed the package.
What I REALLY like is the fact that this has fast charging if you have a proper usb c cable, and it has such battery capacity that I can top my Nexus 6P to 100% several times on one charge of this portable charger.
I think that my device came with a busted micro USB port, as the charging cord comes out very easily.
I have tried both usb-c as well as the micro usb charger the unit comes with and both are not charging the power bank
For clarification, it can receive a charge through the USB-C port as well as the Micro USB port that is designated for charging

Excellent battery pack, works perfectly for me, I use it with my note 8 with a USB-a to usb-c cable to and fadt charge works perfectly, would prefer the usb-c port on the battery pack to be qc 3.0 compatible to be able to charge the battery and my phone fast, as the QC 3.0 input only works on the micro USB port and the output is only on one USB-a port.
The Smart Type A port is very slow but that is to be expected with newer devices
For clarification, it can receive a charge through the USB-C port as well as the Micro USB port that is designated for charging
Just note that this device does not support PowerDelivery or QC through the USB-C port via input or output
