I faced a problems, the device non-responsive for charging to full !!

I hope there are better devices that can charge better.

After careful research I found that the Ravpower charger was the number one choice for rapid charging the Note9 and any other devices that need to be charged

Among other features, being able to charge this while charging other devices is nice.

Just be careful using the quick charge as your device can heat up quite a bit, probably would recommend the slower charge if there is no rush

While I have no QC 3.0 compatible devices, I can very well attest that the power bank's own QC 3.0 compatibility on input is a no-brainer for when I need to recharge it

I also want to point out that the device is compatible with quick charge 2.0 and 3.0

Having quick charge and USB-C really makes this thing a great transition device as the world moves over to USB-C. That will takes years, and I think this device will still be running strong then.

I can give credit for creating a high powered device that does a great job as a large power bank for small portable devices, however it will not functionally work for the MacBook Pro (2017).

I needed a USB C port and having an extra 5000 mah of additional battery power does not hurt when traveling for business and spending hours at the airports and not having to find a power port or to loan to fellow passengers when their device is about to run out of battery and the USB plug does not work and not found on some airplanes.
