It takes between 2 and 3 hours to fully charge this (using the fast charging cable and port) and I LOVE the fact it has a USB-C port that allows me to charge my Nintendo switch AND play it at the same time

The 'fast' port MAYBE produces 1.5A.Junk.

The ports for both units, I bought two, became loose and impossible to use

The remaining screw was starting to back out as well, leaving the circuit board that has the ports on it free to flop up and down on one end

I plugged into the other USB-A ports and it works fine (provided cable)

However, when you are able to get it charged it works great especially the quick charge port

USB-C port stopped working after one charge.

When used with one or two devices at a time, each port works as expected.

Great product, charging my Nexus 6p with USB type C port like if I was charging it with tye orginal AC adapter.

It looks nice and the fast charging port is really fast

First, While the QC 3.0 port works amazingly fast, the 2.4 port charges like its a 1.0amp port

It has adapter for the standard Motorola charging port, as well as the new C-port which is becoming the the new standard

There's an extra smart 5V 2.4A port to charge all of those other devices that are non-USB type C or QC compatible as fast as the device will allow

It was time for my upgrade to C-port since the new phone I'll be getting soon is a c-port charge as well

Other ports work fine

The battery charges the phone about the same speed, as the Anker had a smart charge port and it showed up as quick charging

The QC 3.0 port seems to work fine

I was so impressed with the first one that I bought a second one for the USB-C port, QC port, and quick recharging capability

They contacted me about the loose ports and replaced the product

and I love the USB C port on it

UPDATE- AnyWatt will be selling an adapter to allow this device to charge Mac Book Pro Retina circa 2013 with mag safe 2 port.

The USB C port on this battery never worked.

but I believe the iSamrt port is very useful for the fastest charge possible without the Quick Charge capabilities

Pack recharges in 5 hours using fast charge port and comes with a really nice flat micro usb cord and wall charger and a usb C cable adapter if you have the new usb C port on your device

Great replacement for my iSparq that lost a charging port during normal use.

Excellent battery pack, works perfectly for me, I use it with my note 8 with a USB-a to usb-c cable to and fadt charge works perfectly, would prefer the usb-c port on the battery pack to be qc 3.0 compatible to be able to charge the battery and my phone fast, as the QC 3.0 input only works on the micro USB port and the output is only on one USB-a port.

Both ports are fast charging if you phone supports it

USB-C is the new standard, or at least that's what it seems at this stage, and it's hard to find portable chargers from reputable sellers that have USB-C ports, not just a USB-A port where you'd have to get a USB-A to USB-C cable

The Smart Type A port is very slow but that is to be expected with newer devices

I think that my device came with a busted micro USB port, as the charging cord comes out very easily.

For clarification, it can receive a charge through the USB-C port as well as the Micro USB port that is designated for charging

I especially love the fast charge from the USB A fast charging port, and the USB C Port.

I was looking to consolidate down to USB-C cables only, but the USB-C port on this device is severly lacking

Now only iSmart port works

I appreciated all the adapters and ports it has, since I have an android, my boyfriend has a Motorola phone (USB-C), and my laptop is a Mac.

Real fast charging, it would be great to have two fast charging ports but all in all I enjoyed having this

Just note that this device does not support PowerDelivery or QC through the USB-C port via input or output

I'll give some time to chill out, but the fact it almost caught on fire kind of peeves me a little and at least the regular port still works for charging but losing almost the entire reason I bought the bank kinda kills my mood for it
