Anker has the best customer service - since I have owned like 5 products from them

Anker makes a great product, but their solid customer service makes it an easy buying decision.

Anker was unable/unwilling to ship out a pre-tested unit after multiple replacements, which resulted in a poor customer experience

I contacted Anker and in their excellent customer service replaced it with the USB-C Anker Premium 5-Port 60 W charger

I am very happy with this product, and will come back to Anker for their reliability in their products and great customer service.

And great customer service.

They will go out of their way to keep their customers happy

Very good charger, bought it to charge my Mac book pro from the usb c port, not as powerful as the apple charger, but this one has 1 usb c and 4 other USB port, great for travel, one charger for all my device, my phone, iPad, my laptop

Fast charging with my USB-C Pixel 2 XL charger works great
