Anker has the best customer service - since I have owned like 5 products from them

It would be nice if Anker packaged a USB-C to USB-C cable with the charger, and if there was clear direction whether that cable could be used to charge phones as well as computers

I think the first thing I felt about this package was how hefty the package felt

I sent them the information on the charger and they sent me a shipping label to return the faulty charger to them.

I like this charger because it has the USB-C rapid charging port.

Very good charger, bought it to charge my Mac book pro from the usb c port, not as powerful as the apple charger, but this one has 1 usb c and 4 other USB port, great for travel, one charger for all my device, my phone, iPad, my laptop

It may well have been a faulty power port or cable

I cant say enough good things about this product, charges my google pixel 2 at full speed through the USB C port, while charging my iphone X also in fast charging mode through the apple USB C to lightning adapter

Fast Charge and QuickCharge from Qualcomm doesn't work on it and this solved my problem.

I've purchased a good number of Anker products over time due to their quality, and this was my first time receiving a faulty device.

While the USB-C port on my initial charger was not working, Anker worked quickly to address it.

In Short: This charger didn't work for my PIXEL 2 XL but ANKER customer support helped resolve this situation.

This is another awesome Anker product, and I continue to trust Anker for quality
