    • Clear and crisp with powerful bass.
    • The bass from this little speaker is really good
    • this is our 3rd Bluetooth speaker in our house so far this unit has out performed both bose and Cambridge sound works speakers ,we find this unit linked faster with our phones and the sound was clear with nice bass
    • Speaker has incredible bass.
    • Although the system supports multidrivers and passive bass radiators, to get any decent low end the speaker has to have boundary reinforcement from the room; i.e., you must place is a foot or so out from a corner/wall or on a shelf.
    • Loud, great bass, and amazing quality
    • The sound is outstanding - the best of any Bluetooth speaker I've heard yet- really great bass and very sensitive high range too.
    • In my head, I am thinking that the manufacturer is looking for a similar type of sound with nice bass response but clarity with other frequencies
    • The Bass and Equalizer are terrific
    • Buy something with decent bass reproduction
    • Nice bass and not tinny at all
    • I had read reviews that the speaker was loud and had good bass
    • Nice bass tone as well a spacious sound, especially when one sets the EQ setting for a wider stage sound.
    • Altec...too bright, no bass.
    • The bass is powerful and the treble is clear.
    • It has just enough bass and very good treble for a crystal clear sound.
    • The bass in it is amazing for a portable speaker...the only downside is is that it doesn't seem to get really loud
    • This speaker is amazing for it's price, very clear, good bass, just buy this
    • When ordered 2nd speaker very disappointed, has no bass at all, sounds very tinney and boxy
    • Sound is beautiful, excellent vocals with smooth mids and highs, and the passive radiators in back make for impressive full sounding bass
    • with loud bass you don't want a lite speaker vibrating off the shelf+ build quality - great build quality and good form factor for sitting on a shelf or table that won't take too much space+ 3 EQ - classic by default is flat and lower volume, party pumps up the bass and mids and surround leverages the passive vents to simulate 3D sound.
    • if you like a little more bass.
    • The sound is so clear and the bass is amazing.
    • The "surround" does pump out impressive bass, but every other part of the audio spectrum suffers
    • I also noticed that the Big Jambox seemed to have a filter that limited the bass and treble frequencies
    • The Bass is solid as well
    • This speaker has 2 rearward facing passive bass
    • In short, this unit had great bass, but not great high end.
    • I was blown away the moment I tried it out -- it filled the room with that full & rich sound I was looking for, but the biggest impression was the AWESOME bass!

    • The EQ gives it incredible bass for such a small unit
    • For the price, sound quality is alright, good bass but treble needs more sharpness and clarity.
    • THIS ROCKS and has enough bass, 3 different settings to satisfy your preference of more bass, treble, etc.
    • It definitely has good bass, if you're not careful--it'll "bass-walk" right off of where you have it.
    • I have always loved strong bass and this definitely deliverers that
    • Bass however gets pumped up and the mids suffers a bit.
    • Really had great sound with exceptionally great bass
    • And if you like Hip-Hop or anything where bass is very important, it can handle a big sound and a lot of bass
    • post:[I had higher expectations for this to be honest the higher the volume the worse the bass becomes muffled and muddy and not that pleasant to listen to after a while
    • The bass is amazing, you can turn the volume so high as well
    • Bass fills the room nice, but at high volumes can sound a little muddy.
    • It's a fantastic speaker, crisp sound with a nice bass-y kick, and the battery life is surprisingly good for how hard this little guy bumps
    • Very nice bass and speech also very clear
    • The bass is really great and the volume goes really really high
    • Excellent bass without distortion
    • I got a replacement on this device because that Bass stopped working, I received it about a month ago
    • I was hoping for the bass to be a little crisper since it does have an actual subwoofer, but i have to say this thing does kick.
    • Balanced highs, mids, and a very strong bass driver
    • Great bass and plenty of volume, I can easily compare this speaker to a much more expensive brand, surely a very good value.
    • It has great bass.

    • if you like hearing the bass at low volumes this blue tooth speaker you'll like ( VAVA VOOM).
    • great sound, deep bass and high notes.
    • the bass is richer when you have the speaker hard up against a wall or something of the like.
    • Great bass also
    • Why should you buy it?For its exceptional bass and decent sound quality which is being offered at a bargain price of less than $80
    • Vocals sound real and accurate, and produces unbelievable bass for a unit of this size

    • For its size, both my son's and I were quite impressed with the sound quality, volume and impressive bass.
    • Also the Bass is great on this
    • The "surround" does pump out impressive bass, but every other part of the audio spectrum suffers
    • Advertised as strong bass
    • I bought a Bose Soundlink Mini II, and realized the bass is too strong, and when I watch movies I can't hear dialogs because they're overshadowed by strong bass background music
    • I have tried a host of others including the Riva, creative sound blaster, Sony, UE boom box, and the Jbl charge 3.The sound is rich and full with an excellent bass response
    • the Bose offers a nice balanced sound with decent bass and well-represented mid-range, while the VAVA offers three sonic environments: standard, party, and surround
    • The sound is clear, the bass is fantastic
    • The bass was disappointing
    • It's just wonderful..the bass kills me
    • Great speaker, impressive sound and good bass!
    • The bass on this is incredible and sounds good with no bass vibration
    • As long as a speaker can play loud with good bass and reasonable clear they will consider it good
    • The only issue I have with it is that when you first turn it on and play music or anything through it, you HAVE to press EQ once to get the loud quality with great bass
    • Good bass and amplification
    • They all go returned for shoddy bass
    • Great sounding bass and so light weight
    • The bass is strong and the unit is loud enough to cover a fairly good sized party either indoors or out.
    • Bass is strong
    • While the Big Jambox seemed to have better sound separation it really lacked bass
    • Loud, great bass, and amazing quality
    • bass is good, treble good, great sound.
    • Amazing sound, bass will work it off a smooth surface so be careful
    • The bass on this was weak, and the sound was tinny
    • Great bass, great price
    • The bass is most impressive and the clarity is well above its price class
    • Bass is very reasonable for the size, so 5 Stars for Sound
    • To me the bass is overpowering no matter which EQ setting you use, and the high end should be much stronger.
    • BASS is loud and thumping for such a small device.
    • Works great, good sound, decent bass
    • At first I really liked the speaker, great sound and good bass
    • great overall sound, excelent bass!hooked up to my phone and lap-top(needed new driver
    • It has a well balanced sound with a slight focus on capturing rich bass
    • And most of them proudly market themselves as 'extra strong bass' speakers
    • No distorted or overly loud bass either
    • I'm reminded of the sound of speakers that favored midrange from the 60s and 70s when I listen to the Bose and speakers that favored the bass and the tweeters in the 90s when it comes to the VAVA as the main sonic difference between the two units
    • It's got very good bass
    • The bass is great
    • The JBL’s definitely offer good bass but also have clear mids and highs
    • I know that people look for a good bass response with their Bluetooth speakers, but the VAVA Voom speaker I received seemed to be only that
    • The standard and surround sounded more muddy, less bass and treble, otherwise fairly flat
    • Bluetooth 4.0 Speakers Channel 2.1 Surround Sound, 20W Strong Bass from 10W Drivers, 10W Subwoofer and Dual Passive Radiators (3-Mode Equalizer Music, Charger Port for Phones, aptX
    • The bass is awesome
    • VAVA: 2 tweeter/midrange stereo speakers and 1 subwoofer (with 2 passive bass outlets on the back
    • but for less than $100, it's a bargain with decent bass and highs, plenty of volume, variable eq, the ability to charge your phone and lots of battery.
    • I had heard that the JBL speakers offer the best bass in Bluetooth speakers, so I spent the most time with those
    • It works beautifully, with good volume and great bass response.
    • Ultimately we returned it and bought the JBL Charge 2+, which had much better bass response, device charging, and better standby (you can wake it up by choosing it in your Bluetooth menu)
    • Excellent sound, bass, mid's & high's. and love the equalizer function for setting the sound to your listening needs
    • Very good sound and bass, a little more volume would be nice.
    • Very good bass
    • Again, for its size, it has quite a good sound - full, clear, nice high tones, mid range and relatively good bass.
    • My only complaint is the bass can get a little tinny and shaky when on the bass EQ setting.
    • I play rock, classic rock mostly and the bass and highs/lows are unparalleled...just an awesome unit in a small package.
    • Good bass for the size
    • Powerful speaker - great bass
    • The speaker has great sound and bass and very loud!
    • But with the price, it generates a clear sound with a crisp bass that doesn't explode with noise
    • Pretty good w/ good bass
    • It had nice sound (good bass especially) and looks great
    • Deep rich bass, clear highs, great range with Bluetooth, it sounds great
    • Placed it on a shelf in a bedroom corner and depending on where you stood, bass was more prominent but always sounded great
    • The Cambridge also has surprisingly good bass - may not be quite as solid as the Vava Voom, but overall it wins hands down for total sound quality into the mids and highs.
    • It's a heavy little brick... batteries and magnets, but it produces rich low bass that sounds like a much larger cabnet.
    • Sturdy quality construction, excellent sound quality with good bass and plenty of volume
    • I recommend VAVA Voom to anybody looking for a great Bluetooth speaker as good as and at about half the price of Bose.
    • I had put this speaker through it’s numerous tests to see if it’s working as it is intended and whether or not it’s a keeper.
    • It works exactly as it was advertised.
