After I posted my two star review of the VAVA Voom speaker, the manufacturer contacted me and assured me that they stand behind their product and want every customer to be happy

Unfortunately in spite of the good customer service, this is not a product I can recommend

their customer service and support is nothing short of topnotch as well.

Certainly can't ask for better customer service than this!

*update 12/20/2016As this is mainly a review for the product I will leave the same star rating and original review, I am only updating to mention the splendid and most pleasant customer care follow up after placing the original review.after leaving the original review Sunvalleytek contacted me right away to replace the speakers with a newer one believing from their side that my item was faulted, I had stated that the speakers worked fine but weren't suitable for listening to audio from movies

Remember you definitely cannot listen at a high volume the bass blows out immediately especially with heavier, dark music.(slipknot, Deftones, juice, korn, especially type o negative, lamb of God definitely a no go)
