Some of the other reviews have mentioned an ongoing hissing/humming sound in the background, especially at low volume, but I haven't noticed that at all on the speaker I received and is nonexistent

If you google the hiss issue (Forbes magazine reviewed this speaker and found the same problem), you will find other people had the same

It is clear with no static, hissing, or interference no matter how loud I play it

However, it makes an incredibly obnoxious hissing/crackling noise when paired with any bluetooth device and plugged into the wall to charge

I haven't run in to any of the syncing or static/hiss issues that some reviews have described, but I will update this review as time goes on

The audible hissing/static is present at lower volumes levels, but once played at a louder level, it will not disturb your listening experience
