Using the 3.5" connector at lower volumes, the music fades in and out and the electronics noise is often louder than the music.

There is a hissing noise when nothing is playing but you do not hear it when it is in use

My only gripe is there is a very very minute static white noise in the background when using bluetooth on low volumes, which is common on all bluetooth speakers.

I cannot charge and play the Kindle using the BT speaker at the same time due to a terrible humming noise...probably a ground loop, and noise still there if the Voom is unplugged from its 15V supply.

Unfortunately the speaker I originally purchased began having sound quality issues when connected via Bluetooth (sound would dip in & out with slight hissing noise, which is apparently the same issue as other users have posted and related to a bad lot), but once I contacted customer support they were very helpful and wasted no time in shipping me a replacement.

Weird static noise at low volumes, I suggest turning the volume on the speaker down and the volume on your audio device up to reduce static, also I blew the speaker in it within the 2 days I've had it lol

This can be a nuisance for many, but for myself, it did not bother me much, especially since the audio tended to overshadow the static noise at medium to high

Remember you definitely cannot listen at a high volume the bass blows out immediately especially with heavier, dark music.(slipknot, Deftones, juice, korn, especially type o negative, lamb of God definitely a no go)
