I got a call from Anita in customer care-all she cared about was that I was dissatisfied and promptly told me not to worry and apologized to me that I received a defective product and would send a replacement asap

Remember you definitely cannot listen at a high volume the bass blows out immediately especially with heavier, dark music.(slipknot, Deftones, juice, korn, especially type o negative, lamb of God definitely a no go)
