Just got it today and a wheel broke need a replacement

I originally gave you guys 2 stars because you sent me defective replacement parts to begin with, so then you had to send replacement parts for the replacement parts

they didnt read my message at all and instead just want to send me more replacement parts for the replacement parts that are replacing the defective replacement parts

After watching and reading mixed reviews from other reviewers such as those from youtube as well as from amazon (of course), I decided to take the plunge and shell out the $400+ chair

there is a knob to control the tension as you lean back so it can be as loose or as tight as you want
