One of the chair legs broke off the third time I sat in the thing

and on the left side of the butt cushion a metal bar poked out and keeps stabbing me every time i sit on it!!

I missed this part the first time around making the hydraulic refusing to go up or down

Chair mechanism has failed multiple times, slow customer service

It scraps my leg any time I sit down
