how can parts at the base supporting that promised weight, break so easily?

This chair has sufficed as my main gaming chair, but more recently the frame of the chair no longer supports my body weight (200 lbs) when I lean back on it

and i love the weight

The chair does not support more than 150kg, it is stated that it can handle up to 200kg but due to poor design, when leaning back on the chair all your weight is put on a single metal bar

If I lose some weight, the chair will be much more comfortable.

It's a large chair and it supports more weight

I'm sure the frame would support the weight, but the seat size is just too small.
