Just got it today and a wheel broke need a replacement

One of the wheel broke right off

The wheels broke opff the bottom!!!!

I Bought this chair as a present & within 2 weeks the wheels broke.

Also caster wheels broke within a week

bought it 2 days ago, already one of the wheels broke, regular use, nothing crazy, normal wooden floor, pretty sad

After watching and reading mixed reviews from other reviewers such as those from youtube as well as from amazon (of course), I decided to take the plunge and shell out the $400+ chair

there is a knob to control the tension as you lean back so it can be as loose or as tight as you want
