This product is awesome, i can hear my music or the metronome at a ok volume, and my drums as well

Overall, though, both headhones are great products and offer fantastic hearing protection and decent sound, although I'd have to give the Howard Leight set the edge on bass, versatility, and price.

I was in need of upgrading my monitor headphones to something that canceled out more of my drums....in ear ones didn't quite do me justice, but these mimicking the design of shooting muffs for firearms, worked wonders and still maintained sound quality! great product!

Still a decent product that I would recomend for any ony wanting to play along to music while drumming.
