It has good instruction (follow it carefully)

The instructions were easy to follow and the whole process only took me about 30 to 45 minutes, most of which was looking for a stud near the location I wanted

The quality of the material is subpar, the bolts strip really easily and the instructions are horrible

The instructions are rubbish, but it comes with anything you could possibly need to suit any TV, and it is incredibly sturdy once installed.

The product is built with study steel, thick, and came with clear instructions on how to install into the wall.

The instructions that come with it are not very clear as to whether the (4) independent arms are supposed to be forward facing or rear facing when bolted to the face plate.

Knocked one star because instructions weren't clear on how to mount the extension kit, which caused to have to put it together twice.

I had a hard time installing it because the instruction wasn’t good for me

Only complaint is the 3 screws that attach the unit to the wall/studs, instructions say do not use power tool, use only a screw driver, well I see why don’t use power drill, it strips it, using a screw driver only was newly impossible because of the depth and screwing into a stud
