Some might think it's a bit stiff to maneuver but that can be changed with the included wrench to loosen or tighten the bolts of the actual mount.

I used the smaller bit and it worked great for me.

The directions were a bit confusing pertaining to the assembly of the arms but eventually I figured out the directions.

Wobbles a bit and difficult to get it to stay straight.

My only issue is its a bit hard to extend the arm and makes me nervous that I may pull it out of the wall.

So if you are patient t it's worth the hassle
