The brushes should either lock into place when installed OR a notation in the instructions alerting the user before they start using the cleaner that the brushes slide up and this can damage a record if not extremely careful when inserting it after cleaning the 1st record.3

My main issue are the brushes keep creeping up when you clean a record

I dumped a Star because It is difficult to get the cleaning fluid back into the bottle and replacement cleaning brushes are not available via the website

Turned out to be hairs from the cleaning brushes coming off into the fluid bath

CONCLUSION:1 - Fix instructions so that all steps are numbered and as detailed as possible.2 - Provide instructions for replacing brushes.3 - Redesign the basin so that removing the fluid is better.4 - Have replacement clamps and brushes available

The company responded in about 2 hours and offered to send me 2 replacement brushes free of charge!That is the kind of customer service that more companies could use
