Vinyl Styl Deep Groove Record Washer System

    • The current size protects my 7" and 10" records labels by a mile, but for 12" labels it's a very close call
    • The clamping mechanism to protect the labels works as advertised
    • For one it completely protects the label which is important to me
    • The label protecting clamp is seriously cool (though could be a tiny bit bigger as I've still had some labels get wet) and records do indeed come out looking cleaner and definitely playing quieter, especially when placing in new Sleeve City audiophile inner sleeves after washing
    • Also, even if Spin Clean says that their solution does not harm the label, I still want to protect the label from getting wet.
    • This protects the label and provides an axle.o Place the LP into the tub between the submerged brushes.o Spin the record by hand about 5 revolutions
    • The o-ring seal protects the labels perfectly as long as it is tightened sufficiently.
    • Yes, the discs do protect the record labels while spinning in the cleaner, but removing the discs while the record is big-time soaking and dripping will wet the label
    • It perfectly protects the record labels from getting wet
    • The method used to protect the label (LP's or 45's) is top
    • HINTS:o Pre-clean especially dirty records in the sink, protecting the label by using the screw-down clamp.o Be very careful when adding or removing records from the drying rack
    • This is accomplished by pouring the dirty solution back into its original container through a filter; and 2) the clamping mechanism that seals and protects the LP's labels from getting wet
    • Love the included drying rack built into the base, and the screw-on covers which (mostly) protect the label
    • On the spin clean I had nothing but problems with the rollers, nothing protects the labels and I was left on my own to find a drying solution.
    • Before I'd ever heard of any of these record bathing cleaning systems, I'd imagined such a clamp, right down to the washer/ring on the inside that hugs the record and protects the label
    • The o-ring seal protects the labels perfectly as long as it is tightened sufficiently.
    • Now I think it’s working as it should
    • I'm replacing the sleeves in my many hundreds of LPs and cleaning each as I go & the provided bottle only lasted for the first 50, but I'm dealing with in some cases years of buildup.
