Bearing in mind that bows are as individual as people and what works for me you might find atrocious

I use my good bow

It even comes complete with a reasonable bow, rosin, a little cushion (that I haven't tried), headphones, a cord to connect to an amp, and a surprisingly nice carry case - think electric guitar style

A dry bow is a hissing bow and the electric part really picks it up

our only complaint is the bow itself.

aside from that, everything works fine, the bow is 'meh' quality, ended up using my own bow because it was actually straight

I was really surprised at the way it hold its tune and it also came with a pretty nice brazilian hardwood bow.
