I love the battery operated motor as opposed to the plug-in

This motor will probably work fine for very light things, but it was not able to handle a twelve inch mirror ball.

Quiet motor.

The first motor I received would hum and "sometimes" make a turn when holding "upside down".

This is a great little motor

The motor is currently supporting a 4" mirror ball and spins at a comfortably slow speed without making anyone nauseous.

If you hang anything larger than a feather from the hook, the motor strips out and is rendered completely useless.

This motor is nice and simple.

The round headed screws on top of the metal plate cause a direct short thus burning out the motor when you put the battery into place!.

the motor is a bit noisy in an empty quiet room

I received two more motors from Amazon as replacements for the broken ones, and only one worked out of the box of this batch.

This little motor is ok, but a bit noisy

I attached the motor, and it works, but with out enough power to rotate the glass art I was hooking it up to.
