The only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I do wish there was a wireless option but this product is overall great

Not too long after I purchased the warmer, someone with Voolta reached to me (on their own) and asked how I liked the product

It is certainly sleek looking and aesthetically

Also, love the design, it's so sleek and clean looking, and fits on my small desk very nice.

Nice enough looking unit, but the top was completely flat and slippery, so the cup did not stay put.

This coffee warmer also came with an aluminum pad for coffee mugs with concave bottoms, for dispersing the heat evenly, which is a really good thing since most of the mugs out there don't have flat bottoms

The aluminum disc is a useful thing to have with a mug warmer since all of them out there are designed for flat bottomed

I love the pressure sensitive auto shut off feature, and the metal plate that comes included works amazingly well with cups that have a concave bottom (which is almost all of them)

My favorite tea cup has a concave bottom so none of the warmers worked

This works very well with regular cups

This warmer only works when a coffee cup is on it

But they will definitely work for this Voolta mug warmer because they provide this aluminum thing that goes in between the mug's base and the warmer itself, and it helps a LOT to keep the coffee/tea hotter and for longer

At least you won't have to tolerate ice cold coffee or tea at your desk
