The optics are really neat, however both having identical issues, I will be returning both and just run two RMR's.

Other than the horrible battery cover that works fine once it’s on despite me scratching the hell out of it, the optic is phenomenal and deserving of five stars.

I love Burris optics and after comparing these two at the local gun shop I went with the venom

I would highly recommend this optic if you are on a budget.

I grooved notched in the training bolts of the riser and this allowed me to use my open sights as well as the optic….Both are dead on….I can put 10 rounds within a 3 inch circle at 25 yards all day….

If you are using the Venom as an optic for a carry gun, I suggest the 6 moa because the bigger the dot, the quicker you can place it on target in a self defense situation

I have multiple Vortex Optics, and this one fits in with all the others as some of the best optics I've ever had.

If you don't have more than $250 to spend on a sight and don't want a scope, this is a good optic.

vortex has great customer service but this optic is straight junk . if you are going to buy a micro red dot spend the money and buy a trijicon or delta point.

While I can’t say that the Vortex is better than either of the others I will definitively say this, the manufacturers charging lots of money for red/green dot sights are giving you a superior product to cheap optics and the features are absolutely value added
