Buying headphone/amp combo from a different manufacturer as I've lost a bit of confidence in Vox based on my experience the past couple days with this guy.

The only downside is that the form factor is slightly awkward, and it's a bit difficult to read the dials.

By turning the gain a little bit, you can have a good overdrive effect

I do worry about dropping it though because it feels a bit too plasticky and light.

The built in effects are awesome but do drain your battery juice a bit quicker

For a headphone amp I expected the volume to be a bit louder, especially when plugging in an mp3 cable to jam along with other tracks

A new layout and a bit more robust construction and you would have a real winner

Controls are kinda weird but work once you mess with it a bit.
