Reviews around price (5.00 of 5)

  • The price is absolutely worth it if you do any sort of digital computer work
  • Great tablet, good price, beautiful and meticulous packaging
  • Not only that, but Wacom didn't put extra sheets of smooth to exchange, you have to purchase that separately (prices go between $25-35).As for the Finetip Ink Pen, its not even worth upgrading to the Paper Edition, IMO

Reviews around money (5.00 of 5)

  • Thank god, amazon has a great money back
  • Well worth the money
  • They refunded my money, and even arranged for me to get a XP-Pen DECO 03 with one-day shipping

Reviews around feel (5.00 of 5)

  • I liked those, because it gave a smoother feel when drawing
  • The nibs could be better, they could rotate like the ones on the Intuos Pro M, but so far they don't wear out that fast, and the feel of using them stays pretty consistent, something that's crucial with drawing digital
  • I love the texture sheet it comes with; it's a perfect feel

Reviews around design (5.00 of 5)

  • Compared to my last one, this one has a much cleaner design
  • Overall great tablet and I love the new design over the very bulky ones from past models.
  • If you’re thinking of upgrading from the old intuos to the new one, I don’t really think there’s much of a noticeable difference besides yhe much, much better design

Reviews around size (4.03 of 5)

  • The work space is really good on the large and I recommend the large size for users on bigger monitors
  • The tablet surface is the perfect size for professional work, as well as personal use
  • The size of this Intuos Pro Small Tablet is absolutely perfect, it lines up with my 13" macbook pro, and I push it right up against my computer on my desk to make sure I'm not drawing at an angle
  • https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003CN4ATY/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_60This tablet, even in the case, with all of the accessories in it as well, is the size of my 13" macbook pro in it's case, super slim (minus the bump created by the pen stand), and it's all protected in the padding of the case,
  • It's to the point where I only really bother setting CTRL+Z because I know I'll lose all the express key settings within a few sessions.3

Reviews around purchase (3.86 of 5)

  • I've had absolutely no luck with previous Wacom tablets and their charging cords/ports in the past as well, and will no longer be purchasing any tablets from them
  • Embarrassing as can be when you are in the middle of a demo, thanks a lot
  • Thanks for making this purchase so simple and perfect!!
  • You can customize the buttons on the side of the tablet, as well as on the pen itself, though I personally like to do most of the shortcuts on a keyboard

Reviews around model (3.86 of 5)

  • I wish there was a more streamlined newer model available for people who are not interested in a wireless wacom
  • It is the cheaper model, I get it, but I expected a bit more quality for the price and the brand name
  • It paired easily, and is just as responsive as the former model when using
  • For the last few years I have used the precious model of the intuos pro for editing book covers and images, and loved it

Reviews around wacom (3.61 of 5)

  • Build quality seems impeccable so far, and I expect it should be just as reliable as its predecessor, a much older Wacom
  • Wacom is not smart anymore it seems, because the backup doesn't work with the version of the driver that I have
  • So I can’t ding Wacom for having the appropriate resources in place
  • Embarrassing as can be when you are in the middle of a demo, thanks a lot
  • Bought this Wacom Intuos Pro 5 tablet thinking wacom is the top of the line brand for drawing pads and im never buying anything from this company again

Reviews around quality (3.61 of 5)

  • n’t know where to lay my pen
  • You can customize the buttons on the side of the tablet, as well as on the pen itself, though I personally like to do most of the shortcuts on a keyboard
  • Embarrassing as can be when you are in the middle of a demo, thanks a lot
  • As usual for Wacom drawing tablets, the overall quality and reliability is excellent
  • With all the competition from Microsoft, Apple and better quality products coming out of China though, Wacom's reinvested in quality, at least with this pro line

Reviews around tech support (3.44 of 5)

  • This time tech support told me this was an Adobe problem and I needed to address it with them.
  • I kept touch with tech support for about 6 months and they said still no fix.
  • n’t know where to lay my pen
  • n’t know where to lay my pen
  • But for the first three months of owning this tablet, every time I restarted my computer I would have to spend literal hours at a time talking to Wacom Tech Support because the tablet failed to load properly.

Reviews around touch (3.44 of 5)

  • The new version includes a weighted pen base, which is a nice touch, and reduces it knocking over by
  • Great tablet like the old ones I hadWas on the “draw” and upgrade to the intuos proFast responsive TOUCH ..what else!!
  • One of my greatest disappointments was spending the extra money on a Cintiq 22HD touch only to return it because the touch was totally unusable
  • n’t know where to lay my pen
  • I've never had a great touch experience with other Wacom products, which is a shame because it really helps bridge the gap between mouse and drawing tablet

Reviews around customer support (2.94 of 5)

  • n’t know where to lay my pen
  • BTW, they're customer support on the phone is good, their email customer support, not so
  • I had to wait an agonizing weekend to receive a response from their customer support
  • n’t know where to lay my pen
  • Keep in mind, having worked in a domestic call center that was supposedly customer support, our main focus was sales metrics

Reviews around pressure (1.00 of 5)

  • workspace-Wireless compatibility-Lot's of customization of the pen and the tablet itselfThe only issue I have with it is that it will randomly lose pen pressure
  • It seems like every third or fourth time I plug in the tablet, it goes haywire, losing pen pressure and resetting all of my express keys to their defaults, which forces me to restart and manually re-set them
  • Hideously pressured to the point most reps outright lied to push
