After all that I got a call from tech support who said Wacom engineers confirmed the problem was a compatibility problem with Microsoft and it was a “top priority” to get fixed.

I spoke to no less than 6 different Tech Support employees the first week alone.

I kept touch with tech support for about 6 months and they said still no fix.

This time tech support told me this was an Adobe problem and I needed to address it with them.
