I have been using Wacom tablets consistently for more than a decade and I have to say: this is the worst tablet Wacom has yet come out with.

This is a very cool wacom, however in one month my pen nib already worn out and I believe it's because of the rough surface of the tablet

You can customize the buttons on the side of the tablet, as well as on the pen itself, though I personally like to do most of the shortcuts on a keyboard
