The nut on this plate will need to be loosened a little for the swivel and tilt function to work as it should (I also used silicon spray on that joint).Design flaw......(which is why I can only provide 4 stars)

Product works as advertised and was sufficient for my needs (monitor mounted off the side of a rack).Note that you can't adjust vertical tilt once mounted and, at least for me, the monitor tilts downward slightly even with the mount placed vertically.

Mine are level at the top of the monitors but because of the poor design they cannot have a perfect seamless look.

I am impressed with how well this wall mount was designed and how tightly the joints hold the tv in place.

Works fine with my 32" TV.Real limits are the 100mm max VESA pattern and perhaps a weight limit (not specified).

I'd recommend this for TVs that dont exceed the weight limit.

I would never recommend loading something close to or exceeding the rated weight limit

I am sure it has a weight limit, but for the tv's these days that weigh next to nothing, this is a great option at a great price.
