I don't have any connection issues

and I started having a connection issue but support was still very responsive and helped me get it figured out

I received my camera in a timely manner but had a little difficulty setting it up & the booklet with instructions that came with the camera said to email Wansview ito troubleshoot any connection issues, so I sent an email in hopes of hearing back in a day or so

I Love the camera, i have used it for a while then had a connection issue

The product doesn't work on Samsung galaxy s 7 because it doesn't have an option for 2.4 thx to configurate
