First of all, the price is not so expensive and you can easily afford it

All in all, I would absolutely recommend this camera to anyone looking for high quality at a good price

Audio is not turned on all the time, you must manually select to "listen" and the audio quality is pretty poor but still useful.

But for the price of the camera the quality feels great and most important the picture is great.

In your phone, the 480p will give you continuous video but the quality is bad and at 1080p it is unwatchable even though it is connected to a 1Gbps fiber optic cable with excellent upload speeds.4

Great customer service and technical support are complimentary.

The camera has a decent 480p image and a clear 1080p option

Finally after getting it connected to wifi, the image was really bad (all pixels) and washed out.

Support will try to help, and they will even send you a new camera, but the underlying problem is the product is crap.

I really love them, both the product and customer service.

I highly recommend their customer service if you have any questions.

And, it's too frustrating to deal with slow customer service & zero solutions

three K3 models (bought 12/2017, 01/2018 and 02/2018) and two Q3S models (12/2017 and 01/2018).The setup for me is abnormal since I have a long WiFi password (but still within the max 63 chars spec) and Wansview cameras stock

It is very easy setup and the video quality is very clear and sharp

Setup is easy (although quite unusual that phone communicates WiFi setup to camera via sound waves like RD-2D)

Apparently it doesn’t support 5G, would have been nice if that was added in the description, instead of towards the end

what holds this back is no supported 5Ghz connection (I know it clearly states 2G in docs) which stinks as the device you control this app from is also going to be on

and I started having a connection issue but support was still very responsive and helped me get it figured out

easy to set up both on phone and PC, it can record off your pc hard drive so there isn't a need for SD card

Just be sure to use a dedicated hard drive otherwise you will fill your main hard drive in a couple of days

Running this setup allows one to record almost unlimited amounts of footage (limited only by your hard drive space)

It overwrites the external hard drive once full overwriting oldest files first

It takes forever to connect and if you move it or lose power you have to start all over with default settings.

I had a problem with a defective power supply on my exterior camera after about 6 to 8 months and their Customer Service representative was quick to resolve my problem.

The app will unnecessarily drain power and may even overheat your phone.
