it is impossible to understand the tech support because of their accent

The cameras are bullet proof but the wireless connections involving routers and browsers can stress a novice, and their free tech support has always unraveled my errors.
The picture is very clear, and the night vision works well, too.
We now have one IPM-721, two IP2M-841 and one IP3M-954 Amcrest cameras, all of which have picture quality and night vision that far surpasses our previous Foscam FI8918W camera

So if anyone is going to buy a camera, make sure you have a good working computer or you will also be the owner of an Amcrest that could be in need of support with no way of getting support.
