My Book automatically had started shareing my TiVo Premier XL Series 4 tuner

I do recommend the Expander for those wishing to upgrade the space on their TiVo Premier, but encourage buyers to fully educate themselves on its capabilities and limitations before buying to ensure it meets their needs.

I use charter and their dvra have sata 6, so hell yea i can use this and its amazing i no longer have to constantly watch shows just to make room for upcoming recordings

OK so esata cable comes in mail and O' Happy Day for me, right?

Just make sure you check that your DV-R is compatible.

After reading about problems on this unit due to bad E-SATA cables being supplied by WD, I bought another brand from AMAZON, and that fixed the problem

Others have had problems with e sata cable but mine worked fine.

The E-Sata cable works without issue
